Lise, the manager of Springfield Auto Body, demonstrated why she is the Manager when I had my car repaired at this shop. First, Lise and her team diagnosed the problem with my 2016 Lexus RX 350 while another body shop had been unable to spot the incidental damage that had been done to my vehicle. Lise made sure that the repair was done properly and as quickly as possible. The technical aspects of the repair such as paint quality etc was excellent. Second, Lise made sure that I had a replacment vehicle that I was happy with. Most important of all I felt that the mission of Lise and her team was to ensure that I had the best customer experience of any shop in Kelowna. I enjoyed the personal service, from the coffee, to the smiles, to the container of touch-up paint and the excellent detailing. I was glad that I had chosen this shop over others and I will be recommending Springfield Auto Body to anyone who needs their services.

I used this facility many years ago and was impressed with the work they did on my car. Another incident required their services and am still impressed. My car was newer looking on the inside than when it went in. They made everything very easy. I highly recommend this company. Thank you staff.

My car was fixed on time and it was so nicely taken care of which looked absolutely better looking than when I got it brand new. Also my valuable I forgot to take out, but there is no worries with them. Only safe professionals work in that shop. That is a safe and you set business they are running. I run also few businesses myself, and I appreciate good workmanship. I have a few vehicles and Spring Field Autobody is only place I trust to take my vehicles to. ????

Excellent service and great prices.
Had to have a wing mirror replaced, they charged considerably less than Kelowna Hyundai and were able to get the part in within one day vs Hyundai who had estimated over a week.

All in all, the vehicle was fixed in a matter of days (actually quicker than they had originally stated which was awesome) and at a much cheaper cost.
