Had 21 sealed units that needed replaced. Got 3 quotes, Rutland glass right in there, estimter Dan on time, courteous and professional.
Got a call when units were in, set date and time for install, they came and replaced all units in 2 days, look great, very pleased.

Today we had Rutland Glass come remove a window for us at Creative Touch Interiors so that we could move large wood slabs and granite countertops into the building, they went over and above and helped move/lift/carry the slabs in what a great community we have in Kelowna.

We have just replaced the old sealed units in our house windows.
From the onsite measuring by a very friendly Dan, followed by a very prompt email quote by Julie.
Our order was placed...glass of course was easy, however the wooden replacement stops sent them on quite a search.
The whole time they stayed in contact.....almost daily.
Installation day arrived & with it Derek & Miles.
I commend both of these men for their positive approach to removing thirty year old glue & brittle stops.
During the whole installation, they were professional, tidy, thorough & jovial.
Derek even noticed a broken glass in our antique compass & asked if they could repair it before coming back the next day. Miles took the time to check & repair window sills while he was working in hard to approach windows. He says he doesn’t like ladders, but I beg to differ.
These Two men we would welcome into our home anytime.
