Rutland Pet Hospital - Kelowna Vet Clinic

Everyone at Rutland Pet Hospital are wonderful and Dr Jay Cleroux is very caring with my cat. Baise Mao is very skittish and afraid of people, but not with Dr. Cleroux. He must sense there is genuine care and kindness. My cat is always better when he returns home. Rutland Pet Hospital is also affordable for us who are not able to spend a lot of money for our pets, but need the health care for them. Thank you so much for all your generous care.

Amazing service with awesome smiles.. I was in sheer panic as cat was real sick and brought my baby to another vet which was whack and I was in tears leaving due to the neglect... called Rutland as I was in desperate need to know why my cat was vomitting and not eating past few days and WOW!! BEST PLACE IN TOWN PEOPLE!! And so Affordable and they know their jobs!!

I honestly am so grateful for the care and attention that Dr Kristen Roberts has shown my cat Hurley. Hurley was so nervous the first time with the first vet but adored the staff and really took a liking to Dr Roberts. I really really appreciate this type of kindness with my baby girl ❤️❤️❤️ The entire staff have been wonderful with this rough patch with my cat!!! Thank you sooo much

We had to put our dog down recently as she was old and sick. Dr.Jay and his staff are absolutely amazing! There were so kind, understanding and caring in a difficult time. Dr.Jay gave his honest opinion and did not push any expensive procedures on us whatsoever. They were kind enough to send us a condolence card in the mail with her paw print. I would absolutely recommend Rutland pet hospital, and if we ever require the services of a veterinarian again, we will definitely be coming back.
