There are 9 stations, each targeting a different muscle group. The variety was my favourite part, from boxing to kicking to skipping to working on my abs. I felt challenged but had fun, and you can get in and out and be done your workout for the day! It’s also cool to see your how hard you’re working on the workout screen (and give yourself a Fighter name) ???? -
