Welcoming staff, great menu, high quality dishes, and you can sit outside! Kenguru was very kind and respectful.

This new Japanese restaurant is exactly what West Kelowna needed. The sushi is tasty because they use high quality rice and ingredients. Their ramen is also considerably delicious; my favourite in the area. I personally prefer tonkotsu base, but their miso base is up there with Vancouver ramen shops. Hands down the best ramen you'll find in West Kelowna and even Kelowna. There's a food truck that is pretty good too, but they are only open on certain days.

I've been to Japan, minored in Japanese language and culture studies and consider myself a pretty good ramen critique.

So when I say that this soup is legit (authentic ramen is supposed to be ちょっと salty), it has some weight. On the critique side, the noodles could be better but they work for this demographic. Fresh handmade noodles are best, but takes too much time to prep and costs more. That being said, the price is a little higher, but you pay for quality.

Meguru is dedicated to great service along with his staff AND they mostly all can speak Japanese. A GREAT place to practice ordering in 日本語. ありがとうございました。本当に美味しかったです。

Excellent café style sushi eatery with oldies decorations and wooden decor. Food is delicious.

One of the few places seating people for dinner. Could make a reservation, was warmly greeted at the door. The food came quickly and was well-prepared. The tempura batter was light not greasy. The roles were an appropriate size to fit in your mouth. At the end of a meal the owner came out and said goodbye. He truly appreciated our coming by. This was our first occasion at this restaurant. Everything tasted yummy.
