Am amazed at the level of service from this dealership. From sales, to finance, to service, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Huge shout out to Tanner in service. Had a few issues with the new trailer, he got us in quick, handled all warranty repairs and servicing in record time in my opinion and made it painless. We purchased a barely used 3 year old Bigfoot truck camper in September from Country Camping, and dealt with the the owner Thomas Welsh and the sales/transfer agent Deb at that time. Both were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the product, and Don in parts assisted in ordering the components needed to upfit my truck.
Later, Travis did a very complete orientation upon picking up the unit. The after sales warranty and adjustment period revealed several minor issues that were dealt with by Tanner in the service department. He ordered the parts and scheduled the repairs quickly, including reimbursement for a fridge electrical component that failed while travelling and needed a quick repair in Cranbrook. The service techs were quick and very competent.
Every single person that I have dealt with at Country RV was polite, professional and gave me the impression that they were happy to be there and enjoyed their work. Great customer care, and very highly recommended for both sales and service.

They are absolutely the best! Incredibly friendly and helpful. Debbie Lynn was so patient with us as we looked at trailers in the rain and helped us find our new home away from home. Tanner in the service department went above and beyond for us helping get our truck ready for our new toy. I 100% recommend them to anyone looking to buy or get service! Seriously amazing!!

After being treated poorly at another dealership we brought our camper in to country camping for warranty work. These people are absolutely top shelf. They have been accommodating and pleasant to work with. They've answered every question knowledgeably and quickly and their genuine interest in helping us has not gone unnoticed. They think of every detail going so far as to plug our camper in the night before we picked it up so we wouldn't run into any problems on our very rare 3 days away from work.
