So easily and quickly done, no drama and no rudeness like I experienced at Staples just minutes before. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful (totally opposite to the Manager guy at Staples who wouldn’t or couldn’t help me). Thank you very much, your help was greatly appreciated!
