Big D's Bees

Absolutely live this place. Anything honey or bee related they have it. They also have their own winery there as well. The owners are very friendly knowledgeable people. The got candles bees wax bee suits etc. The winery they have has some of the best wine I have had in a long long time. Even walked away wit couple of bottles of their one of a kind wine. I would mist definitely recommend stopping in here anytime of yea as they always have something going on.

I hadn't even realized that I could enjoy honey this much until I purchased the Fireweed Honey from Big D's Bees. We've been picking up local honey as we travel along, But that particular honey is by far my favorite I've tried. It's like a thick golden spoonful of sweet heaven. Which sounds ridiculous to me to even write. And yet that's how I feel every time I eat it.

Wonderful, Mother's Day Tulip Festival on this year, lots for kids to do, hay maze, donkeys, baby chicks and beautiful raw honey. April 25, 2022 visit.

What an absolutely lovely family and incredible location. Every time we are out on the island it is always a treat to stop in and see what fun new adventures are brewing at Big D’s. Best honey in BC... hands down!
