A bit like a washing of the hands when it comes to a Best Buy warranty unless you buy their warranty. Also I was not contacted when my product had arrived for pick up, I had to do the follow up. Finally the strong lads that work at best buy will not assist you with loading you appliance into your truck , you are on your own with this also.
