Hens Den Yoga

I had the pleasure of attending one of Sarah's Sacred Sunday practices during my recent visit to the Comox Valley. What an inspirational gift! I live in Nova Scotia, so was thrilled to see that Sarah has begun offering classes online now. I highly recommend Hens Den Yoga to yogis everywhere!

I am so glad that I found this lovely Yoga studio. Sarah is amazing! I really enjoyed my first class last Sunday. It was very easy to sign up and purchase class pass on the website. If the cancelation is made 4 hours before the class, you will receive the refund/credit.

Sarah is such an amazing yoga teacher and her cozy space feels safe, warm and inviting. She puts together great playlists too! Highly recommend if you want a good burn or to bliss out entirely.
