Mr. Lube + Tires

Honest, trustworthy and professional!! Zach and the technician underneath are outstanding employees! Went in for a transmission fill/Drain and the technicians there said it looked good and was at the proper level, their honesty saved me $200. Ended up getting an oil change instead. Would highly recommend this Mr. Lube as your go to shop.

Excellent customer service 👏 Being a first time customer, I will definitely return. Allan was very knowledgeable and did a super job of checking and rotating my tires, oil and filter change and advising me on my brakes. Pleasant and professional.

Somewhere in these reviews is one from me applauding Mr Lube’s service when they replaced a valve core (for my tire) for free. Now I am able to applaud their tire balancing service. I called them, Allan (the tire specialist) told me to come in at around 10:20 that day, and he fixed my tires perfectly.

And here’s the coup de grace. He reminded me to come back after driving 100 km to make sure the wheel nuts are still torqued correctly , for safety’s sake. No other mechanic or car dealer has ever told me this, so Mr Lube goes the extra distance to give great service.

This Lerwick road Courtney BC location has been amazing. All the staff have gone above and beyond at different times for me. I will always have my 2017 Dodge class b Van to be serviced by this establishment and these professional and dedicated staff, thanks you guys for help making my travels a little safer💕

Had a great experience here the other day when we went in for an oil change. Best mechanics we have ever dealt with. They didn't even want to change the oil, but we insisted. They also gave us some great advice, and all around fantastic service. They have our business moving forward!
