We've been dealing with Pan Disposal for both our garbage and compost pick up for many years now (well over 20). When my husband was alone at home, they actually came down our driveway to get the garbage since he is in a wheelchair and couldn't get the can up to the end of our long driveway. I think that alone speaks volumes of this family run business. Our pick up is always on time (with the exception of the occasional snow storm) and their drivers courteous.

Have lived in the area for a few years and have found Pan Disposal to be both courteous and prompt in my dealings with them. They always return my calls and always pick up my garbage and organics when they say they will on the schedule. The drivers even wave to me when they see me after I met them one morning taking out my bins! I would definitely recommend friends and family in the area to use Pan Disposal if they weren't already signed up!
