A little disappointing.
Beautiful clothes and the service was great, really helpful! They found exactly what I needed but come on, no refunds? I don’t expect that from a clothing business and it will put me off going back again, to be honest.
And please look at your changing room lighting - I almost left without an amazing outfit because it really was so bad in there!
Just a few simple changes could make a huge difference.
