Its gone downhill last few yrs. Not a great experience on the phone, I call maybe twice a year and they act like Im an inconvenience, they ignore any request from your pharmacist (they pretty much told me this on 2 occasions when I called them after my pharmacist sent 2 fax requests, they say that they are too busy)..... are you kidding me??? Im sorry but shawnigan is not heavily populated, the staff in the Victoria clinics find time to do these things and they are much busier. Recent high doc turnover, new doc gives shorter length of prescriptions, forcing you to need more appts/returns to their office......... I've been trying to find a doc in Vic but none are accepting patients. It's sad that us patients have to scramble and put up with this :-(
