  Really beautiful location. Out of the way so it never gets too busy.
  Keep in mind that its nestled within a small community that are the primary users of thos area. Many of them are dog walkers, so there are lots of canine friends here!!

  At this time of year not many other people are encountered during the week. No severe climbs on the trail around the lake and during an especially hot day with the many trees enclosing the trail it would be a cool walk.

  At the end of the lake is a path to Elephont Lake. Well worth the time to go check out. Enjoy a nice walk through a clear cut for 3km before enjoying the tranquility of the lake.
