I discovered Beaver House Fudge through Tourism Cowichan, as it's made right here in the Valley. Absolutely decadent- melt in your mouth fudge, I love that it's made with local, organic cream and butter- you cannot go wrong! -

Some places are okay, some are mediocre, and boy, has Rocky Mountain gone downhill in the last few years. Took a chance and ordered online. 3 days later, there is a box at my door, full of a heavenly chorus of angels. Maple fudge is my go-to fudge, and this is the best I've ever experienced. Smooth, creamy, buttery and fresh. Where have you been all my life?!
