Dwight at Kroffat definitely kept me moving. Heading north over the Malahat that afternoon, my Subaru started acting up. I found Kroffat via a very positive Subaru customer review. I explained as best I could the problem and despite the shop being super busy, Kristi invited me to stop in for a diagnostic before getting back on the road. I found Dwight exceptionally knowledgeable about my Subaru. He explained the problem and did a quick and reliable fix right then and there just so I could keep on moving. And, Dwight gave me sound advice on a Dodge camper van (another vehicle he knows a lot about) that I was on my way up island to look at. By far the friendliest service I’ve had at an automotive shop.
