Just an all around great guy fixed our car for us and was an unbelievably good rate. Would use again even let me check out his tesla and took me for a rip in it. Great job by you and your employees !

My van was running hot so i brought it in thinking it was my thermostat and told them to change it out
The next day they called and told me that the thermostat may need to be changed out but i had much worse problems then that and did i want them to change it anyway, now that i know it needed way more work then just that?
I declined as the fix for the van was not worth doing to save it

My partner and I were visiting from the US when our Volvo broke down on the side of the main highway. Shane's closed at 6 and we couldn't get the car and tow truck there until about 5:55. Further complicating matters was that we needed to be on a ferry back to the States the next afternoon. Shane and his team stayed late that night removing the old alternator, driving it a ways north to another town where someone else rebuilt it, got the rebuilt alternator back the next morning and installed for an insanely reasonable price by 10 am the next morning.

All this plus they let us use a loaner for the night so we could find a place to eat and sleep.

It doesn't get any better than this, these guys are amazingly friendly and professional. They saved our road trip from potential disaster and we couldn't be more grateful!

We were on a road trip from Seattle and our alternator died and stranded us. We couldn't have been luckier to break down near Shane's shop! We arrived via tow truck moments before they closed and not only did they stay late to help, they lent us a car and then drove the alternator to a nearby town, had a guy rebuild it had it picked it up & installed by 10am! These guys are above and beyond. I wish we lived closer so we could use them for all of our car needs! Outstanding all the way around!
