Have not stayed here but the staff are amazing and the grounds are impeccable. I delivered food here and was constantly impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality. The food is top notch and that I can attest to personally. I would stay here as a guest in a heartbeat!!

Yellowpoint is unique, we have never been anywhere like it. Think summer camp for adults. The average age is 55+ so my husband and I are the youngest by a long shot (25 & 30). Nevertheless we love talking to the oldies at the communal dining, hearing their awesome stories. We love the unlimited kayak and bike rentals and be sure to use them to enjoy the full beauty of the property. I don't want to say too much or too little, just that you have to get out there to experience it for yourself.

We have been fortunate to enjoy dinner at Yellow Point Lodge twice now. Guests of family who live in Cedar. Both experiences have been wonderful. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food. Tons of reading material, photos gifted to the lodge from patrons. Not to mention cards, board games and jigsaw puzzles. So many to decide from. Huge fireplace with roaring crackling fire. Beautiful land for walks. How active is up to you. Someday we will get one might there. A beautiful spot on a beautiful island. We will return.
