360 Comfort Systems

I contacted 5 companies in the Victoria area in April 2022 about converting to a heat pump, only two responded and both informed me that they had a 6 month backlog for installing a heat pump. I called 360 Comfort Systems in Duncan, who responded immediately, and the total time from consultation to installation was two months (some components were delayed due to supply chain issues). Jun and Liam Installed our unit yesterday just in time for the summer heat. They were courteous and professional, and excellent communicators. Our 1940’s house presented some installation challenges, and Jun consulted with us and provided us with options at each step. As a long time homeowner, this was the best experience we have had with a trade contractor. All of the staff we interacted with were exceptional. We can highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable, friendly staff! Liam was a stellar salesperson, very easy to talk to and full of info. He helped us get into a great deal, easy financing, and a system that worked well for us, answering all of the many questions we had on the way and even throwing in some awesome service warranties to help us new homeowners out. James and his trainee Alex did our install and they were super professional, friendly, and polite. They definitely knew what they were doing and got it all done very neatly and efficiently while being respectful of our home. Errol came and worked out the electrical, which he nailed in no time, despite our confusing panels. You can tell the whole team know their stuff! Also want to shout out Erinn and Shelley in the office for helping us out with booking times and getting all the grants and rebates, and again answering all our questions. Felt like we were in great hands from start to finish! Highly recommend this company!

We decided to bite the bullet and schedule a heat pump install through 360 comforts. The whole team at 360 has been awesome from the getgo. Shelley and Lucas were very responsive with my questions and scheduling.

Today we had our units installed by James & Ryan, (& Matt the Electrician). They were professional, friendly and they know their stuff. They even stayed late to ensure the job was done (as they were installing during quite a hot day). James made sure that he left us feeling happy and "cool".

Joel was very nice and very informative, and provided practical advice to help us maintain our heat pump. He provided a great service and was friendly, and kind! Our young daughter felt comfortable while he was here even though she is often quite unsure around strangers. We would highly recommend this technician to others!

Joel and Dylan came to help us when our furnace suddenly stopped working. We got a helpful text to tell us they were coming, and they showed up on time ready to help. Super professional and friendly and did a fantastic job explaining what the issues were. I was pretty worried we would be looking at a huge bill but they were able to fix it for a VERY reasonable price. Thank you both, I would definitely recommend Joel and Dylan to anyone 😊
