Disappointed initially but Will made up for it.
I brought my mountain bike into this shop for a tune up and small repairs. The final bill was much heavier than I was expecting, but my rear derailleur had some damage so sometimes that's the way it goes. However when I got home and tried to ride the bike, the new derailleur was not working correctly at all, in fact the bike was not able to be ridden. I called the shop to explain the situation and Will stepped up to the plate with some first class customer service. He drove all the way out to my house, picked up the bike, made the repairs the next day and then re-delivered the bike once it was properly repaired. That's how you keep customers.
