I went to Valley One for carpeting for our bedroom and they were able to help us with our bathroom as well. They work with top notch tile installers and plumbers and they bailed us out when we were in need. It was a pleasure dealing with them and we now can enjoy a beautiful en-suite with a shower big enough for 2 :). Really love our heated floor.

Great experience ! Kim was helpful, gave great support and advice but wasn’t pushy. She guided us but was open to our ideas and input.
The installation was done professionally and properly and over all we are very pleased with the service we received.
