Starting with Wayne the estimator, Sean the super detailed and awesome installer, we are absolutely thrilled with the custom glass privacy addition to our back yard deck! We are extremely happy with the entire Victoria Railings experience. From the ease of setting up an appointment for Wayne to estimate to the post installation personal visit and follow up with Stuart, every step was professional and so well detailed that we knew they were doing a higher quality job than we ever expected. Sean measured so accurately, there was not even the smallest deviation in the railing. Keith and Paul did a fantastic job on diplomatically pointing out that our existing structure "needed help" and addressing it. They wrapped up with the best vinyl install we've seen. Finally Nick and Casey set up a beautifully welded and powder coated railing and made it exactly level and plumb.
It is evident that VR members are happy and appreciated in their roles, in which they excell.
So in all, thanks to the Team effort at Victoria Railings for a great product, fair pricing, fast turnaround and superb workmanship.
