Excellent - fast and easy to schedule and drop off your papers for shredding. Big thanks to the nice gentleman that assisted me with my boxes first thing in the morning - These days, it's so nice to be greeted by a person who is smiling, friendly and genuinely happy to help you.

I arrived on time they were there to greet me, got a bin for my
papers unloaded my boxes closed my truck top and end gate
so the boxes would stay put. Great guys and a great experience !

Unfortunately beyond our control we were late for our scheduled appointment and we anticipated missing our drop off time. Luckily for us the driver was still on site warming up his truck. He gladly hopped out re opened the store to help us. Thank you for the great service
