We popped into have a flat bike tire quickly repaired. The owner and staff were fantastic and so so polite!!! They dropped everything to help us out and then we got a 101 on Ebikes and seriously almost thought about buying anE bike!! Will come back to deal with them as their friendliness and expertise were fantastic! Thanks guys!!!!

Kelly spent the better part of a Saturday with us allowing us to try out many different models of ebikes, some of which I wouldn’t have chosen for myself to try. Being the expert he is, we purchased two bikes that suit our needs perfectly. Kelly then special ordered some awesome pannier bags that have been a great addition to my bike. He and his staff are highly knowledgeable, patient and provided us with a wonderful shopping experience. I highly recommend Citrus Cycles.

I visited Citrus Cycles about 8 times before deciding on a bike. Kelly has been super helpful, and allowed me to test a fair number of bikes with absolutely no pressure to buy. I had one glitch with my bike, that being the factory tightening the wheel bearings too much on the front hub. He had the issue corrected in a day, and had the rear hub checked as well. I would definitely recommend Citrus to a friend or family member. Bonus points for being located in Ladysmith!

Kelly was really patient with me as it was a huge amount of money for me to spend and a big commitment to give up my car. I wanted to make sure I got exactly what worked for me or giving up my car would be a huge mistake. What I liked best was he allowed me to try out at least 8 bikes and provided tons of feedback on the type of features each bike had. In the end I bought an Izip ProTour for my commuting in town and look forward to using it lots. Kelly is really into these ebikes and knows his stuff.
