My family has had to use this facility three times. Always been a pleasant experience. You may wait due to more urgent cases, but you eventually end up seeing a doctor and feel like the staff genuinely care about you as a patient.

I have been to this clinic many times as it can take up to 3 weeks wait to see my family doctor, and that is not always an option. The staff is usually great. The wait times very depending on the day and the reason you are in there. If you want quick fast service, Sunday evenings are usually best. Then again Saturday days are probably the worst. It is not a regular clinic in the first come first serve sence. It is like an emergency room. They treat on a case by case basis. The person who comes in with a spider bite is going to get seen first before the person who has come in to get a perscprescri refilled. I hope this clears up some of the confusion from previous comments.

I live in Kamloops and was treated with a brown recluse spider bite last week. Dr. Gardner was very reassuring, got me on antibiotics and I feel so much better and relieved that it hasn't got infected or septic. Thank you for following up and your kind and professional medical attention!
