I highly recommend Coastal Inspection Services. The communication and flexibility to reschedule on short notice was much appreciated. The home inspection was very thorough! Even the realtors commented how thorough he was with his inspection, catching and outlining even the smallest of details. Not only that but Brad was a wealth of information for someone who didn't know very much. He was patient and kind and went out of his way to answer all of my first time buyer questions. He also helped me to connect to other professionals whose services I might need.

I have used Coastal Inspection Services on three homes and am about to call for a fourth. There is no one I would trust more than Brad to inspect such a large purchase. He's extremely thorough, addresses everything - large and small. To meet our timelines with condition removal he expedited our report to ensure sellers had time to review our concerns. He has a deep understanding of building structure and can explain what could be going on behind surfaces.

Unlike the above review, I've never had any issues with quick, detailed responses to any concerns or questions I've had on my inspection reports. He takes the time to address all my concerns and questions and I've never felt like burden or being rushed.

I don't do a lot of reviews online but after three really detailed, thorough inspections where my expectations have always been surpassed - I felt compelled to write this one.
