(October 31, 2022, 8:02 pm)Visited to look for options after our vacuum was apparently DOA after we took it to another repair shop in Duncan who didn't even look at it and just said "its old and not worth it." Repairman HERE said we should bring it in, so we did (after fishing it out of recycle bin) and all it that was wrong is that it needed some bearings. Duncan vacuum house really went above and beyond and didn't just try and sell a new unit. "Old" vacuum working great again! Thanks for your honesty and diligence! When (if) time comes for a new unit this is where we will go!
