We came looking to purchase some pre-cut carpet to cover cement flooring to change a work shop into a usable cozy room. We were delighted with how helpful, caring, and special they made us feel. Very happy with the whole process! We had vinyl tile in a bathroom replaced with ceramic and Brad did an amazing job! Went way beyond to make it perfect. Two bedrooms needed new carpeting and Chris and Tim tackled it no problem. A lot of work for all hauling materials up long staircase but no complaining. Tim also noticed that a hot water tank was leaking and assisted my wife to call Bakers to replace it. Now new carpet under new hot water tank! I'm very pleased. Should also mention how helpful Kelly was at the store.
