Exchangenergy Inc has been servicing my heat pump on Salt Spring Island for the past few years. This year, maybe due to its age, there were a number of problems which needed fixing. I am very pleased with how Exchangenergy addressed the problems: they were easy to contact; I was able to speak to somebody!; they arranged for early appointments for a serviceman to come to fix the problem; the servicemen that I met were Mike and Michael - both courteous, on time, personable, hard working, and they explained the problem and what they did to fix it; and the charges were reasonable.
