(June 29, 2019, 7:22 pm)A great environment for anyone who has an interest in jiu jitsu whether they are a beginner or advanced. An excellent curriculum for self defence , fitness or to learn an interesting new sport. Plus it has lots of parking!!!!!

(June 13, 2019, 5:20 am)The gym is a clean, friendly place to train with access to world class knowledge on both jiu jitsu, and muay thai. Newcomers are treated with respect by both teacher and student. Not to mention it's just fun ????

(June 12, 2019, 4:41 am)Very impressed with the knowledge of the instructor and his ability to articulate concepts and ideas to students. The space is very nice and class sizes are intimate so there is quite a bit of individualized attention. A good skill based workout.
