(February 14, 2022, 3:34 am)Wow!!! Duncan is SO LUCKY!!! FINALLY Wheelchairs and Walker friendly Just anyone else that's having difficulty& Challenges.. You don't have to solely rely on the handydart which takes a long time not their fault (but they do). Wow also they will even assist you and come in with you and wait with you what a service!! what a peace of mind feeling. If that weren't enough If you have a medical appointment in Victoria Nanaimo even Vancouver!! Or points in between

they will accommodate you Not just people in wheelchairs but companions as well!!! They're just waiting the OK on a 4 wheelchair and 4 passenger bus. 1 wheelchair 3 passenger van Is on the road now!!! They've been in the couch and valleys since August I just found out now they're on the website awesome!!! way to go Duncan!! way to go Cowichan Valley!!! This is fabulous about time good luck to them!!! -

(February 14, 2022, 1:09 am)This is a wonderful service for the Cowichan Valley. When I used Rides 4 U, my mom, who is in a wheelchair, had multiple appointments at various locations. I was able to prearrange everything over the phone (I do not live locally). The person who took my booking (Letitia) was patient, flexible and helpful in trying to help me figure out pick up and drop off times. The rates were reasonable. Also, my mom was able to stay in her wheelchair for the rides, which made it easier for me and more comfortable for my mom. Everything went smoothly and was definitely less stressful than transporting her in my car. Another convenience is that if a vehicle & driver are free, you can book this service with very short notice. I would definitely use Rides 4 U again!

It's amazing that they have started up a business that addresses a major service gap in the Cowichan Valley. The ability to give back to the community they love in an industry they truly understand is fortuitous and a benefit to us all.
