The Fireplace Cranbrook

An amazing experience! The service was fantastic some start to finish, and we especially appreciated the installation team. They took the time to actually tidy up some of the gas lines our plumber hooked up, and showed us how to properly maintain both the new fireplace they just installed and an existing one we had upstairs. We had a gas fireplace installed in our old wood burning fireplace about a month ago. They did a great job installing it, left no mess, and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend the Fireplace to anyone in a heartbeat.

I recently bought a Jotul Gas Stove from Cranbrook Fireplace and had them install it. Jeremy and staff came when they said they would, worked quickly but carefully......and left with me feeling very happy about my purchase and the quality installation. We are so pleased with our fireplace. We went from wood to gas and use it every day to heat our main living space to save money since it is more efficient then our boiler heat. The people at The Fireplace, Cranbrook were awesome. If you want quality product and professional service, go there!
