I recently visited The source and was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received. I was having a hard time choosing a mobile plan, but the store manager, Leighanne, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. Not only did she make it easy for me to choose, but she found me a plan that was better than what I expected.

Leighanne was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly friendly. She genuinely cared about finding the right plan for me. I was impressed by her dedication to her job and to her customers.

I had to call in this afternoon to get more information regarding starting a second line with my bell account. Brooklyn was super helpful on the phone and made for an extremely positive experience! Super fortunate to have such helpful happy people on the other end of the phone, makes things way easier :)
