My job requires me to have full function with my wrist and cannot be modified. Catherine helped me have a speedy recovery and back to work with minimal issues after a traumatic experience.

I can't say enough about my positive experience with Catherine.
From the moment I reached out, Catherine was prompt to book an initial assessment, and subsequent follow up visits.
Her clinical skills are top notch!!
She helped set me up with a treatment plan /exercises that felt realistic and achievable.
Her positive personality is motivating and helped me to stay positive and focus on my recovery ( I had a meniscus tear and complete ACL tear) A added bonus -she visits in your home.
