Invermere & District Hospital

They have some really great and amazing staff at this hospital. But they aren't getting the full funding they really need it seems as staff seemed too overworked and short supplied. But I do appricate the help & assistance I have recieved. Hence the 4/5. Better funding, better supplied and better staff would put them at 5/5.

My family took me to this hospital when I had severe pain in my stomach and overall in general. When I came in my wife just told them it was an emergency through their phones and we got help. My English is pretty torn since I’m not Canadian and actually new here and the nurses were kind enough to help and explain. I’m very happy with my experience and when I left I was actually not hurting anymore.

Based on reviews I read, I was quite scared to come here. But it turned out to one of the best experiences I've ever had in a hospital. The ER was really fast taking us in about 10 minutes after we walked into the reception room. The nurses were kind and corporated with me and my family. They were fast and got right into it and after about 3 hours we were out healthy. It was an overall good experience especially when we had an emergency on our first day of vacation.
