Alpenglow Bed and Breakfast

Unique alpine structure with interesting origin story. Close to Kimberly town and ski slopes. Quiet neighbourhood. Across the street from the famous 400 year old Baurnhaus Restaurant.

We stayed two nights in February to go skiing and loved every minute of it. Great parking, very neat, clean room and bathroom and the best was the breakfast.
One day outstanding Eggs Benedict with sides like fruit, yogurt, OJ and plenty of coffee and the next day traditional German breakfast and fresh prepared scrambled eggs and four different homemade breads.
We could use the dining room and TV room to relax. The hosting couple was very friendly and helpful.

A lovely gem of a place. Great location, easy walk into town and really close to the ski area. Hosts were very friendly and breakfast was homemade and very tasty. Lovely atmosphere.

I had a 2-night stay at Anja and Theo’s place and it was way beyond my expectations. The place is sparkling clean and the bedding sets are very comfortable. Anja’s homemade breakfast was amazing (so delicious!) and I was lucky enough to try 2 recipes. They also have a hot tub in the garden which i found to be very relaxing after 6 hours of snow sports during the day. I would highly recommend their place and will stay here myself too if i visit Kimberley again.

This bed and breakfast is one of the hidden gems in Kimberley! I couldn’t ask for anything more! From the unique cozy cottage feeling of the building, ideal location with good access to both the Platzl and the ski hill, affordable prices and the friendly and hospitable hosts all make this a great place to stay! But the best part were the breakfasts! Absolutely delicious! What a perfect way to start a day filled with alpine skiing, Nordic skiing or whatever else brings you to Kimberley! I’ll definitely be coming back again!
