Iron Goat CrossFit

Iron Goat is incredible for making you feel welcome, safe, and confident. The Coaches are amazing and out of all the CrossFit gyms I've been to it's the most well organized, clean, and friendly! I am so glad I get to workout here everyday!

I joined two years ago when I was getting close to 40 and my level of fitness could be described as moderate at best. I also had never done CrossFit.

I think my membership has been the best investment I could have made. Beyond significant improvements in strength, endurance and even range of motion it has been a great community.

The classes are a great workout that easily adapt to any level of strength and fitness. They are also fun to attend with some great people.

I would encourage anyone wanting a great fitness experience to try it out.

Iron Goat CrossFit is the best place to be in Kimberley. Such a supportive environment created by owners/coaches Geddes and Channin.
They put the FUN in functional fitness! I have been hooked for 2.5 years and will continue to put fitness on the top of my list of healthy priorities. In addition to offering regular classes they also add other camps which 2 of my children attended and loved, and nutritional challenges to compliment a healthy lifestyle. I could go on, but I will leave it up to you to give it a try.

I've worked out at a gym the majority of my life and Crossfit was always something that I was curious about, but super intimidated by. I booked an initial foundations program which included two 1:1 foundation training sessions and 2 weeks unlimited. The coaches are super informative, wonderful leaders and encouraging. The workouts push you to your limits, but the environment and family built within the box truly creates the community and has me going back for more.

Had a great experience at Iron Goat in Kimberley, dropped in to open gym today. The owners are extremely friendly, the gym is very clean and they have a great selection of equipment. Would definitely recommend!
