I attended Simone's Conscious Exploration Yoga & Wellness Retreat which was a fundraiser for a local non-profit Branch Out Learning and Behavior Therapy.
From the minute I walked in the door I felt compassion and positive energy.
The weekend was filled with amazing food, yoga, meditation and some downtime to reflect or to get to know new friends that where there.
From a person with injuries, and who finds it hard to have down time, I loved every minute of the weekend.
Simone accommodated each persons needs to ensure we all had an amazing experience. It was the prefect balance in the perfect location.
Simone did an amazing job organizing the retreat and I just read on her website that she raised $1,700 to the non-profit!

The retreat by Living YogAdventure was fantastic! The yoga instruction was well paced and expertly taught with a balance of professional expertise and personal warmth. It was adapted to the mixed levels of practice of the participants so that each could participate with success at her own level of skill.
The location was stunningly beautiful and the accommodation most comfortable. The meals provided were exceptional. It was truly a five-star event. I highly recommend any retreat by Living YogAdventure.
