Bought a sports bra so comfortable, the girls don't move so has good support.

Professional, fun and very knowledgeable. I was looking for a personal trainer who had a Kinesiology background to ensure I was going to be trained one-on-one by someone who could adjust, answer and achieve my results. Luckily I found Taya. She fully understands what I am trying to accomplish for longevity and has personalized a plan for me. Including our in person sessions as well as at-home options. Already hitting new milestones and seeing progress after just a few weeks.
