The "Ideal_Realtor" told me in a text that he knew I didn't have a lawyer, because if I did "my claim would not be over a million dollars" Tell me, does everyone agree this is basically a confession of liability. Not intentional, but a confession, yes? Paul Wiebe of Little Oak Realty needs to provide for my relief, as stated above, or arrange for me to refund the purchase price to the purchaser of my family home, as he arranged to defraud me of the opportunity to purchase the property and saw to the purchaser receiving the property for 200 thousand less than, market value, in a fraud scheme, worked out with my sister. The facts of the transaction make it clear. His only explanation to me is that he did nothing illegal. I beg to differ. A Supreme Court claim against him is ongoing. He will lose less this way. He has evaded detection with red herrings and a convoluted set of actions leading to the fraud scheme being successful so far. I warned him of my resolve to expose him if he did anything like this. My mother died in the process, confused and fearing her wishes for her family were being ignored. Paul did wrong, maybe evil, ignoring the consequences, and believing he was somehow immune to detection. To start with he listed the property before mom died, knowing my sister could not effect the transfer and did not hold documentation to sell. While I was telling him, the same thing. He listed it anyway, and two years later used the contract to sell/ transfer the property, depriving me of the opportunity to purchase. Suggesting my sister responsible, while he orchestrated the whole thing from the beginning. My sister in an uneducated recovering drug addict who could have never done this without his help.

But we met Frank and Sherry and they made it all possible. They had an open house on a weekend and they presented 2 offers to us. We sold for list price and never looked back. It was the easiest sale ever for us. Frank knew how to price it fairly. We found a lovely townhouse and frank and sherry helped us get it for the price we wanted. They are the best to work with. They respected our wishes and worked hard for us. They negotiated with the owners agent and it went very smooth. In fact, they restored our confidence in realtors. Thank you Frank and Sherry for going the extra mile for us, even though you didn’t know us from Adam. We will recommend them highly.
🏴 Flag as inappropriateWe recently were transferred with work across the country and needed to sell two townhomes quite quickly. We hired Frank Heitzer and Sherry Reimer to sell them both. They met with us and answered all of our questions and had all the paperwork in order. My house was older and took about 7 days to sell, I was very satisfied with the price I got. My girlfriends house sold in 48 hours for over asking!! They presented offers to us and gave us advice on which to take.
Nothing this large is without a bump and we had our fair share, during the moving process I discovered damage to my house that I was unaware of. I contacted Frank and he in turn contacted the buyers agent. He was able to negotiate a reasonable settlement and avoided a possible lawsuit or closing delay.
I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this sales team, the marketing, in closing they are very thorough and furthermore had a great sense of humour in a stressful time. Thank you Frank and Sherry!!
