Andrea is amazing. She is so kind, so reassuring, so honest, so funny, and an absolute professional in her work. It is evident not only is she excellent at what she does, but she loves it also. I am relieved and grateful for the treatment Andrea did for me. I had scarring which caused ingrown hairs on my neck and has been an embarrassment since I was a teenager (I initially tried threading way back then, but it made the scarring worse). I have been self-conscious of it for over 20yrs. Since Andrea's treatments not only have the ingrown hairs gone, the scarring is almost completely gone. You are a BABE XOXOXOXOXOXO

I will not go to another laser lady if I can help it. Not even just because I get great results but mainly because Andrea is so awesome! She's so sweet and makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. This review is long overdue. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking to get laser done.

Andrea is the best ever when it comes to laser hair removal. I've had awesome results from just a couple of treatments. Andrea is professional, super kind, and reassuring. She is good at what she does and told me what to expect with each areas of the body I wanted lasered. She provides impeccable service and I'm glad I'm able to get lasered by her! Thank you!! I had never tried laser hair removal before I started coming to the Laser Lounge and it was the best thing I did for myself as I've always struggled with thick and stubborn hair. Andrea is awesome, she illustrates excellent customer service, she always tries to work around my schedule (even with a tight schedule herself) and her prices are very reasonable, she made me feel very comfortable considering that Brazilian laser treatment can be very intimate and may not be comfortable to do with just anyone. I grew up with really thick hair and the laser and most importantly Andrea's skills have seemed to work really well on my skin, leaving it almost hairless and extremely smooth. I have done around 4-5 treatments with Andrea and the results have been mind-blowing, looking forward to be completely hair-free!
