Excellent experience. Very conscientious and caring. Was able to prevent a root canal by working on the tooth, using the most up-to-date techniques and procedures. The work was extensive and fairly long. It resulted in being able to save that tooth. The tooth had posed problems for a very long time. It now feels perfect. Nice professional staff all around.

Recent appointment for fillings went perfect from start to finish. This medical office was set up professionally and safely - their protocals made me feel safe. The dental team took great care to help ease anxiety and checked in numerous times to see how I was doing. They communicated with me each step of the way. All the work was completed ahead of schedule. I was worried I would feel sore the next day but to my utter surprise, I my mouth felt completely normal. Thank you!!

These folks are great. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, super helpful and do great work. The office has a comfortable atmosphere, and they're taking excellent steps to help prevent the spread of COVID too. They also respect people's preferred names and pronouns, which is awesome to see. Not many places I've been think to do that right from walking in the door for your first appointment, and I'm sure people will and do appreciate that. Great job!

I took my 88 year old mother to Tsang Family Dentistry after seeing the other positive reviews and can say the experience was fantastic! She was given an honest assessment of the broken filling and options on how to repair it, received the cost upfront and had the work done right away. She left feeling she had received quality service at a fair price. Thanks very much.

Very dramatic experience with this medical facility- I got a strange letter after 6 months where insurance claim was short of 29.36 cad
They have my phone on file and email also ( they would call for next appointment , but wont call to explain why they sent a bill after 6 months ) but sent me a bill which says that they will charge interest over it.
I would never recommend such business practice to anyone in and around Abbotsford which start sending you BILL letters after 6 months, wont call and tour bill threatens of interest charges.
Doctor work was satisfying, IT WAS NOT PERSONALLY done by him but they have hired staff to do the dental work- I think they inflate work and charges due to insurance cover but whatever they have done was satisfying.
