When our old central air AC broke, I looked through the many AC repair companies that service my area. It's easy to go through and nix the companies with mediocre ratings but there were still a bunch of companies with good reviews. But there was one company that really stood out. This company had WAY more 5 star ratings than every other company. Now, we were in the dead heat of summer without AC. We wanted a new AC as fast as possible. But we opted to trust the crazy # of 5 star ratings AirVantage had and wait for their availability. Though we went a month without AC, it was 111% worth the wait!

We were given such amazing and honest service right from the first appointment of seeing what was wrong with our dead 25-year-old AC unit. We were given fair options based on our budget. Once we made our choice, they gave us a date, and that was it! They got the job done in one day, no matter the complexity of the situation. They even fixed a whole bunch of stuff that was related to the AC (dryer vent locations, dryer/heater pipe angles, etc.) that the previous do-it-yourself owners really messed up. It was a real "just book it and relax" feel for us.

But not only was the product and installation worth what we paid, they were very trustworthy. Because of the extra work our circumstance required, they added an extra guy to the job. Not once did they consider moving dates on us, extending the job, or charging us more because the man hours were increased. They gave us a quote, stuck to it, and got the job done. (As people were added to the job, we even got text messages with pictures of the employees that were assigned to our ticket # so we were always sure about who was on our property.) They were professional, very kind, efficient, patient with my questions (both in person and on the phone)...it was a completely stress-free experience.

They really area "customer first" company and we'll be continuing to use them for all of our furnace and AC needs (and everything else they may do).

AirVantage have just finished the process of removing our 34+ year old furnace, replacing it, and installing air conditioning. We are very happy with the efficient, friendly, and highly professional service we received from Brandon, Ross, and the other fellows who were involved with the work. We have already recommended AirVantage to some friends who are interested in having AC installed.

Everyone I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. Communication by email and phone was quick. They arrived on time, everyone knew their job and they got to it. I had central air within hours. When I had trouble (with my furnace, not their a/c) they were there within a day and had the problem fixed within a hour for no charge. The A/C unit itself is not quite strong enough to keep the upstairs as cool as I like it (but I'm still grateful to have it!)

I would highly recommend AirVantage! Our technician John Paul was professional and honest and the cost of fixing our a/c was significantly less than I had expected. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service from AirVantage! They showed up on time, were careful and clean in the house and outside. They were very professional and kind and showed me all the work they completed before they left. They also asked when the baby was napping so they could try to be quiet and not wake her!
