A tree fell through my home in middle of October 2020 and we lost everything in the house. The following months proved challenging but the crew at Onside Restoration, Matt Savage and all his guys helped me so much during that time. The crew was able to recover many belongings not anticipated to be recovered and those possessions are all we got back. We used home insurance to have On Side take care of some water damage in our basement. They arrived and got dehumidifiers set up in about an hour after being contacted by insurance even though it was late in the evening. The project manager, Kevin, provided us with regular updates and made himself readily available to answer our questions. We were very pleased with the customer service he provided. The repairs were done thoroughly and to our satisfaction. Overall, our experience with On Side was very positive and would definitely recommend them for your emergency restoration needs.
