(April 4, 2019, 1:34 am)Westjet lost our baggage and took almost 2 weeks to locate it. They were very reluctant to give us updates and when we called to get updates the lady on the phone argued with us very rudely when all we wanted was information. :( Luckily after changing to a different employee, she found our bag and was very kind.

We will continue to fly Westjet but hope they are a little more understanding and accommodating in the future.
