New Wave Distilling

Our experience was amazing. We have never been to this place before. Traffic was not on our side leaving Langley, that being said the Distillery was patient and so understanding. James the Manager had a table for us when we arrived! He is dressed to impress! His style adds to the Tuscany feeling of it, and was able to answer all our questions with the menu. I must have seen a charcuterie board going to every table!
The food was amazing! The drinks were so good! The staff were friendly! The place just kept impressing us.
I would totally go back with my husband!

This place is an absolute gem! Definitely worth the commute if your driving in from Vancouver. From the service, the the food, and the beautiful choices of liquid libations, I was enjoying every moment. It honestly gave me flashbacks of vacations with the girls. If you're looking for a little day trip with something fresh and new or perhaps a break from the big city, I would recommend this New Wave Distilling in a heartbeat!

A unique experience settled in the country.. dress up or be casual, this place gives you a whimsical feeling! I tried the wine flight with food pairing which was very good and something different. The variety of gins you also have to try!

We are pretty regular guests at this amazing spot. Service, quality, and ambiance are second to none. We feel welcome and well taken care of every time we go. A unique must experience in the region! I get excited every time we go!
