I recently had a gas furnace installed by RGS Refrigeration & Heating LTD and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The entire process, from start to finish, was professional, efficient and stress-free. Rooz (the owner of this business) is very knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly and to my complete satisfaction. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was completely comfortable with the operation of the furnace before leaving. I would highly recommend this vendor to anyone in need of a gas furnace installation. They truly provided a top-notch service and exceeded my expectations.

They did numerous items but when I click on them they don't show. All of the items that they installed or fixed have worked great since 2007 to today 2022. They repaired our fireplaces when the local company said they couldn't be repaired back in 2007. We were so pleased. They that we had them install our new furnace and heat pump. as well. Which we have them maintain . They even drop in to see how everything is working. You just don't get service like that anywhere. They installed our hot water heater back in 2007as well. It is just about time to replace some of the items but they all just keep on working. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and have to my neighbours and Friends. The owner Rooz is the best and honest person going. As Seniors it is a great comfort for my wife and I to have found an honest company to deal with.

We have been using RGS Refrigeration & Heating for over 14 years. Roozbeh is excellent! The quality of his services is exceptional and he is very polite and respectful. We have had: gas lines installed, furnace serviced, hot water tank installed, and AC unit installed. I will continue to use RGS for all of my HVAC needs! I highly recommend Rooz!

I have used RGS multiple times and each time Roozbeh has been terrific. Personable, professional and excellent at what he does. Answers questions thoroughly and addresses any issues. He points out anything that could become a problem and what to watch for. I found him based on a recommendation, Roozbeh had come to their house and fixed an issue they had multiple people look at, Roozbeh knew exactly what it was and with a simple yearly service the equipment has been running perfectly.
