B&T Raw Pet Foods

Had an extremely poor experience with b&t raw foods. My order went missing for 3 weeks, despite me having sent 155.15 for 42lbs of raw duck. Connie Morgan never reached out unless I had emailed her multiple times. I tried to be patient but never got updates from them, despite them having my money. Third week rolls around, and their courtenay delivery driver calls the wrong number. My number is "651" easily mistaken with "650" They responded by telling me I had to pickup in a town 45 minutes away, and did NOT refund me the delivery fee, despite being given my phone records for proof. Extremely unprofessional business. I do not recommend. They remove ratings off their Facebool which is immensely shady

Absolutely love this place for picking up the raw dog food for my dog. Very informative, great quality food, and great prices will always keep me coming back and using this company as my dogs food supplier.
