Domeo Construction built our beautiful custom home in Rosedale, BC during 2018-2019. Since then, our home has won awards with the Canadian Homebuilders Association and was a finalist for the CHBA Georgie Awards. We first met Wim, the owner, when we were exploring the neighborhood and admiring some other houses that Domeo had built. After buying a vacant lot and having several discussion with Wim, we asked him to build our custom home. As we had never built before, Wim took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. He was very hands on throughout the process and maintained effective communication. We had regular scheduled meetings throughout the building process and he was easily available by phone, text or email. It was clear that Wim took pride in his work and he had equally high expectations for the trades he utilized. I spoke to some of the trades and they all said that Wim closely examined all their work and made sure the job is done right and done on time. They all spoke highly of him. Wim was very organized and we always felt we knew what stage of the build we were in and what was coming up next. He utilized a construction app that allowed us to make choices and that also documented all decisions made so there were no discrepancies later. Our house was built on time and as we expected. There were no unexpected delays. We would encourage anyone that wants to build a quality home to use Domeo Construction. We were very happy with the work Wim did and we love our home.

This spring I hired Domeo Construction to do an extensive renovation of my main floor. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I found Wim, the owner, to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. He very patiently addressed all my questions. He anticipated any challenges before they arose. As well, he was very considerate of the fact that my son and I had to live here during the construction. Through the entire process, from demolition to completion, he kept an exceptionally clean, organized job site. Best of all, aside from the “new” home, Wim kept the project on time, and on budget. We recently had Wim and his team complete a full scale kitchen and living room renovation at our home. My wife and I bought a custom home built by Domeo. The attention to detail and care that everything was perfect was evident throughout the entire process. Examples include his requesting a walk through two weeks prior to delivery to identify any drywall nail pops so that he could have them corrected prior to delivery as well as the professional binder full of care tips, owners manuals for appliances, paint chips and codes, etc. We highly recommend Domeo to anyone looking for a custom home.
